About StackMap
StackMap started the way most tools do: out of irritation. Choosing an AI stack meant 40 open tabs, six awesome-lists that all said "curated" and none that said why, and a nagging feeling that the real knowledge — what pairs with what, what replaces what, when NOT to use a thing — lived only in other people's heads.
So we started writing it down. 148 repos so far, every connection typed and human-reviewed, every judgment signed by the process that made it — read exactly how that works.
Who's behind it
StackMap is built and curated by ShipWithAI — where we build AI-native products in the open and write about what shipping with AI actually looks like. The catalog, the graph, and every "why" on this site are maintained by humans who use these tools; nothing is auto-published, nothing is paid placement.
