Quotio installs and supervises the proxy, adds accounts by OAuth or API key across Claude, Codex, Qwen, Vertex AI, iFlow, Antigravity, Kiro and Copilot, rotates between them round-robin or fill-first when one cools down, and rewrites the configs of Claude Code, Codex CLI, Amp, OpenCode and Droid to point at localhost. The menu-bar quota bars are the real product — you see the limit coming before it stops you mid-task, and standalone quota mode works without running the proxy at all. NOT for Linux or headless servers: it needs macOS 14+, and Cursor and Trae are quota-monitored only, never proxied through it.
